Education and Training
Dr. Roe is a fellowship-trained board-certified in interventional pain medicine. He completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship training at the University of Texas Health San Antonio and is board certified in anesthesiology. Dr. Roe has the highest level of training available for a pain specialist. He utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to pain treatment.
Dr. Roe is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and then Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelors’s in Accounting. He attended medical school at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine where he obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. After medical school, he attended the University of Texas Health San Antonio to complete his residency specializing in Anesthesiology where he was voted by faculty as a resident of the year.
Dr. Roe is committed to service. He served a two-year church mission in Russia. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth sports, playing golf, and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Tyler Roe and his wife Missy are excited to be in Idaho. Tyler grew up in Idaho Falls graduating from Hillcrest High School where he played baseball and basketball. Missy was raised just outside of Idaho Falls in Iona and graduated from Bonneville High School. Tyler and Missy have four busy children. They enjoy supporting their children in all their activities. Before moving to Burley, they spent 9 years in Arizona and Texas while Tyler pursued his medical education and training. While they enjoyed the experiences, they had in these two places, they are excited to be moving back closer to home and look forward to being involved in the community.
